We are Surface Quality Institute - SQI. Our objective is to react to motions from the operations and to the requirements of our customers. And we are the best in it, seriously!
We have available the state-of-the-art technological equipment including the metallographic microscope and two salt spray cabinets.
With development of technological units for surface treatment and coating, the need of the testing of technologies and preparations arises. The growing demands of our customers have resulted in the establishment of the new department - Surface Quality Institute which has gradually become important support in the area of quality of the processes of surface treatment, production, human resources and environment. We are happy to share our knowledge in the form of trainings, lectures and/or conferences.

In powder coating shops, precision, cleanliness, and control of every step in the process are essential. From surface pretreatment to powder application and curing, every detail impacts the final surface quality. One often underestimated yet highly disruptive factor is silicone.
