Application Laboratory
We can test the entire material treatment process in our application laboratory. From chemical pretreatment to powder coating to quality verification of the finished product, using various tests. We are only limited by the maximum size of the product of 30x30x30 cm.
However, this limitation does not limit us too much, because usually it is not necessary to paint the whole product, but only the problematic part, which usually fits into these dimensions. Thus, if you need to treat a new type of product or are considering a new technology, we can help you choose the right process.
We will then prepare the samples in our laboratory and using corrosion testing, mechanical or other necessary tests to verify they meet your quality requirements. And if you already have designed the technology and you are not sure if it will meet all the quality requirements, nothing is easier than contacting us.
